The NS2589 bulwark chock is made of cast steel, and the surface is cleaned to SA2.5 in accordance with Swedish standard SIS 05 59 00, and is coated with a rust-proof primer. Therefore, the surface is very smooth, and with no burr or sharp edge, which helps to reduce the friction of mooring ropes.

NS2587 Bulwark Mounted Mooring Chock is a special type of hawse hole at a vessel’s bow, which is designed for temporary mooring. NS means Norsk standard or Norwegian Standard, a standard as JIS, DIN, GB, etc. This standard has four kinds of chocks NS2587.

NS2585 warping roller is the same as the GB/T 10105-88 fairlead. It is cast by the finest quality marine mild carbon steel for added durability. All surfaces in contact with the ropes shall be free from surface roughness or irregularities likely to cause damage to the ropes by abrasion. It has a high breaking load of a tightwire. The roller fairlead is made from steel casting having a yield point of not less than 205N/mm2 or steel plates having a yield point of not less than 235 N/mm2 and the Axl is made from weldable steel casting having a yield point of not less than 350N/mm2 or equivalent.
